Avoiding Lyndhurst bottle neck

By road :
From the West ( Wimborne way ):
Come off the A31 at (Shell forest edge petrol station) and head towards Burley onto Ringwood rd, at Burley Village go (dogs leg left and right) 3/4 mile onto School hill / Wilvery road /Station road then cut across the A35 keep going straight onto Burley rd. At St.Saviour Church turn right towards Brockenhurst football club "Grigg lane" then left onto A337 Lyndhurst rd after 1/3 mile turn right onto Balmer road / B3055. We are situated 1/4 mile down Balmer road.

 

By road :
From the East ( Southampton M27 ):

M27 come off at Cadnam A31 southampton rd at the roundabout take the A337towards Lyndhurst go through Lyndhurst and stay on the A337 ( Lyndhurst rd ) Pass Hollands campsite then take the B3055 Balmer rd, Pass Balmer Lawn Hotel and Spa 1/3 mile we are on the right.
